What Could Itchy Rashes With Nausea Post Sex Suggest?

had protected intercourse and unprotected oral sex with a prostitute. 5 weeks later i feel nausea itching of the throat and a rash that resemble hives which goes away in 3hours or less.my joints also have a tingling sensation, but i do not know if thats all in my head.what could this be
