Nearing the end of urination, I have a very strong tingling sensation that feels like an orgasm. It often causes my body to go weak or limp. I have had this issue before and the Dr. diagnosed me with UTI. Turns out it was not as there was no pain just the tingle. This began to happen the morning after somewhat rough sex with my husband. We have both been tested for STDs and the test are all negative. What could this be?
