What Could Lightheadedness And Abdominal Pain Months After Childbirth Mean?

I have a 7 month old baby, not had a period yet. But am now feeling sick, light headed slight abdominal pain(mild period pain) and have a feeling of being pregnant. Negative preg test two days ago. Is it worth doing it again or is it just a bug?thanks

The absence of periods and the symptoms that you have could be due to pregnancy. You need to repeat the pregnancy test after a week to be sure.
