What Could Lightheadedness, Nausea, Blurry Vision With Painful Lump Behind The Ear Indicate?

Hello, I am 31 years old, about 5 feet tall and weigh 200lbs. Recently, (last 3 weeks or so) i have been experiencing lightheadness. It happens randomly throughout the day but is worse in the evening and usually is accompanied by a slight headache. It does get better when i lie down. I also feel dizzy like i am going to fall over and sometimes it is so bad it makes me nauseous. Today i noticed a painful lump behind my left ear. I have been experiencing a lot of fatigue as well and blurry vision worse in my left eye.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.I have gone through your case history very carefully.from my day to day clinical experience I ma telling you that your lightheadedness, dizziness and feeling that you are going to fall -all point out that you are suffering from low pressure.that is your blood pressure is below normal.may be you are suffering from anemia or some other disease.a simple blood report and a visit to your GP can help you to know why this is happening.and for your lump you should consult a general surgeon to know what is the cause of this lump. again for blurry vision you have to go for some refraction and other subjective tests.for that please consult your eye doctor.but I am pretty sure that your lump behind left ear and blurry vision has nothing to do with your low blood pressure.so take your problems one by one and go to respective doctors .my best wishes to you.thank you.
