What Could Low Hemoglobin, Recurring Bumps On Body, Itching And Sneezing?

My wife is 44 yrs and weighing around 55 kgs and suffering from continuous sore throat since few months. Her Hb was 9.3 three months back and she was administered livogen tablets for continuous two months. As there is no significant change in the Hb level, the Dr advised for a complete hemogram and Thyroid test. The Hb is still at 9.4 and the ESR is 40. Thyroid is normal funictioning. Also when she wakes up in the morning she get itching on her body and a clot like very small thick lump appear on the body and will go off after some time. This is happening daily, only early morning. Since few days she is having cotinuous sneezing and itching in side her throat. What may be the reason behind this ? Is there anything to worry ?
