What Could Migraine Attacks After Suffering A Sunstroke Indicate?

I got sunstroke pretty severely back in mid-march of this year. Since then, I have gotten the same debilitating migraine (as I had w/ the sunstroke) at the temples and pain at the base of my skull/neck about once a week. Is it a side effect of sunstroke? what can I do to stop this??
