What Could Nodular Parenchymal Opacities Of Chest X-ray Suggest?

went to polyclinic on sat.report of blood is normal but xray shows that heart mediastinum n pulmonary hila are unremarkable, there are subtle nodular parenchymal opacities in the right mid lung laterally, linear opacities are noted in the left mid lung laterally, likely representing subsegmental atelectasis, there are no pleural effusions. They xray my chest cos of the lump in my right neck. pls adv , thank you

1.There are multiple nodular parenchyma ( lung tissue ) opacities in the right mid lung. ( nodule like lesion appearance )
2.It can be pneumonic infection / mass lesion.
3.For further evaluation needs contrast enhanced CT scan - helps in analysing the mass lesions.
4.Left side also shows atelectatic changes - post infection / collapse.
5.No a single x-ray will not cause lumps.
