What Could One Take To Drop The Weight Without Compromising Health? Diet Plan?
Good evening. I m eating well, I am physical the whole day, but my weight always remains an issue. Can t get past the heavily overweight bmi . Doctor put me on duromine first, now off and onto toplep for weightloss due to its apparent side effect of weightloss, yet I can feel the disorientation and loss of memory. What could I take to drop the weight without compromising my health or mood for that matter
I suggest you to try for lifestyle modification measures very strictly rather than going for medications. These include exercise, dietary modification, ruling out the pathological causes for obesity like some hormonal disorders etc. If they fail, you need to go for medications. Obviously, these kind of medications carry some side effects. But the benefits should outweigh risks.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have have any clarifications.
