What Could Persistent Cough Be With Hot And Cold Flushes, left Sided Skin Sensitivity And Tingling?

I have had a persistent cough for 4 days. No temperature to speak of (37.4 highest) but hot and cold flushes. Yesterday noticed skin sensitive, tingling on left side of neck and face. No rash but slightly reddened skin. Generally feeling run down and tired (but might be lack of sleep due to coughing).
