General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hey, your husband's symptoms are a bit alarming. He has had an episode of syncope. There can be number of causes for that, ranging from heart attack to stroke. It can be nothing just dehydration. But this is something which needs to be investigated.

i would recommend you getting an ECG as soon as possible followed by an Echocardiography. Get Serum Electrolytes and Hemoglobin leves done. If this is normal, he needs to be observed closely.
