What Could Pulsating Feeling In Chest Around Rib Cage Indicate?

I have a what I would describe as a pulsating in my right lower chest , right around the rib cage. I m not experiencing shortness of breath or intense chest pain, but there s a throbbing pulselike thing that s very rapid in my lower right chest, the best way to describe it would be it feel like a hiccup in my chest, i.e something spasming,

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should first consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray to rule out lung abscess or pneumonia.
As pulsating feeling with chest spasm can be seen in both.
So chest x ray is needed to rule out lung abscess and pneumonia.
If chest x ray is normal then get done ECG to rule out cardiac cause. Arrhythmia can cause pulsating feeling. So ECG is needed to rule out arrhythmia.
If ECG is also normal then you are mostly having anxiety and related symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
