I have a raised ring just inside my anus that itches and bleeds lightly from time to time. Occasionally I have a throbbing pain that keeps me from sitting properly. Tried home treatments for hemorrhoids to no avail. I just want to know what it is and what to do.
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have hemorrhoid ( piles ) or some other problems like fissure. You should take high fiber diet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid constipation. Avoid spicy food. Local anesthetic gel like lignocain may be helpful to reduce pain. For bleeding tranexemic acid is helpful. These all are medical treatment. If you don't get relief then surgery is the Permenent treatment of choice for piles.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
