What Could Recurring Thumping In Lower Neck With Dizziness Indicate?

I am experiencing a thumping sensation in the lower front of my neck. I feel dizzy when this happens. It lasts for about a minute. This has been going on for the past few weeks. It feels like my head is going to explode. I thought maybe it could be my thyroid or something.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the thumping in lower neck with dizziness may be in concen with issues of

- aortic problems as regurgiation, aneurysm, coarctation or others

- transient ischemic attacks

- vasovagal syncope

- cardiogenic related autonomic dysfunction

- early thrombus formation in carotids

- others

* In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend various necessary evaluation as
