It starts with a nappy rash caused by Tinea named fungus; and, now it seems to be secondarily infected by the bacteria too. Bacteria are in abundance in this area due to the diapers. Care:- Change the diaper frequently. Take care of the feeding of baby to avoid dehydration. If he doesn t wet the diapers properly, it will b a sign of dehydration. Medications:- Apply to the genital areas Balmex ointment and Triple antibiotic ointment after wiping out before applying a new diaper. It will all be OK in a few topical applications.
