What Could Reddish Spots On Arm And Wrist Indicate?

Hi I've had a few reddish purple looking spots appear on my right arm and left wrist area. one on my right knee. I'm 117lbs have had ovarian cancer and just had a mascoetomy after that surgery i got weak had a blood transfusion. What could the spots be?
