What Could Report Suggesting Theca Luteal Cyst With Bulky Anteverted Uterus Mean?
Pls explain my TVS result.
UTERUS: a bulky anteverted uterus.
Endometrial thickness is 6.4mm.
Note d presence of multiple subtle intramural myoma measuring 12.1, 10, 28mm.
The cavity is empty, intact and regular
OVARIES: Follicular tracking reveals a multiloculated cystic area in the left ovary measuring 94.6*68.9mm
- features are suggestive of theca luteal cyst.
The right ovary is free
Today is my CD11

According to the reports your uterus is bulky in size and presence of multiple subtle intramural fibroids measuring 12.1 X 10 X 28 mm.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
There is also large theca luteal cyst in the left ovary measuring 94.6 X 68.9 mm.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
You should consult your gynecologist.
