What Could Retroverted Uterus With Dominant Follicle In Left Ovary Indicate?

I had an ultrasound done today. And the results show: The uterus lies in a retroverted position. The uterine volume is 132cc. The endometrium measured 8mm. The right ovarian volume is 9.8cc. The left ovarian volume is 22cc. There is a dominant follicle of the left ovary measuring 22mm. What does all this mean?!

The postion of the uterus is normal. The other measurements related to uterus and ovary. Uterus measurements normal. Among the ovary the left ovary is enlarged with a follicle. This means 14th day after your period, this is the ovary which is preparing itself to shell out egg present in the follicle.So you are seeing big ovary with dominating follicle.
