What Could Sore Throat, Swollen Neck With White Hanging Lump At Back Of Throat Indicate?
I have a sore throat and the upper area around my neck feels really swollen. When I look into my mouth I see a small white lump next to the part at the back of my throat that hangs down (i think it's called my uvula). Ive had a sore throat for now 2 days and just noticed/felt the lump yesterday
It looks like you are having a sore throat and it seems to be worsening. The white lump can be an infected tonsil or an ulcer and i think you should consult your doctor. You may need some antibiotics also. Meanwhile avoid hot and spicy food gargle with warm salt water. Thanks
