What Could Sore Throat With Spots And Chest Congestion Suggest?

I started with back pain five days ago now I have the worst soar throat when I checked it it was really red an white spots I have a lot of conjestion an yesterday iv been having pain in my chest hot an cold an my stool is yellow an mucus in it what is going on?

looks like there is some infection contracted in you..
do take a course of antibiotics...
take tablet azithromycin 500mg after food once daily for 3 days..
things should go fine..
things will return to normal soon
