What Could Sperm Count 181 Million In Semen Report Suggest?

helo sir,myself saif,today first time done semen analysis,report ,semen vol 3.6ml,ph-8,sperm count 181million sperm per ml,motile after 1hour 40%,sluggish motile 20%,liquifaction more than 1 hour,what it signifies,what about motility and liquifaction,please reply

Hello

Normally semen coagulation takes place 20 to 30 minutes following ejaculation. Delayed liquefaction of semen more than 1 hour after ejaculation may indicate disorders of accessory gland function.It may also be due to infection,so you need proper evaluation and further investigations.
Your sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Motility is also normal.Normally,55 % sperms should be actively motile for natural fertilization.
Volume of semen and pH are also normal.
