Hello and welcome to HCM,
Abdominal pain along with blood in stools suggests presence of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) infection.
This condition with blood in stools is called dysentery.
I suggest you to go for stool examination - routine and microscopy to look for evidence of infection.
The other cause of blood in stools could be an ulcer, polyp, or trauma.
Stool examination will pick up infection and if it turns out to be an infection, appropriate antibiotic will treat the infection.

Thanks and take care

Hi
Blood on the vstools can be due to any infection of the intestine such as amoebic dysentery, piles or haemorrhoids, intestinal ulcers, fissures.
As you give history of alcohol intake it can also be due to intestinal ulceration or liver problems associated with alcohol.
Please get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out for the signs of portal hypertension
I suggest you to get a surgical opinion fone
Take care
