What Could Sudden Swelling In Different Body Parts Indicate?

Dear Doctor, last night I had several several swellings on my body. On both my shoulders, at the base of my hairline on my neck, at the centre of my arm where the elbow crease is, the line stemming form my ear and going down my check, underneath my left eye, obove my right eye and my left upper lip. All were swollen.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some systemic allergic reaction due to some food or taking some stuff causing allergy.
Take Benadryl or cetrizine for a day or two.
Try to find the allergen might causing this reaction and avoid taking it.
Ok and take care.
