What Could Tender Pain On Breast And Armpit Suggest?

Hi, may I answer yourheth queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have been suffering with tenderness and a little pain in my right breast right near my armpit but to embarrassed to go to my doctors regarding it, iv had it for at least a few months sometimes it hurts wearing a bra but even without a bra on it is very sore and tender what could this be?
