What Could The Hard Breast Lumps Be?

Hi, i am 38 years old who has breast fed both children (now age 3 and 5) each for around 22 months. I stopped feeding my youngest son just over a year ago. I have always had 'lumpy breasts' and my left breast has always been more sensitive. Recently, a few months ago I noticed a small hard pea sized lump each in each breast. At the time I thought it was all in my mind, since my mum was going through checks for a breast lump so I just kept an eye on them. My mum was diagnosed with Pre invasive breast cancer which urged me to see my doctor. My GP found one of the lumps and has fast tracked me for an ultrasound, especially given history. Could this be related to breasfeeding?? I am going out my mind with worry and pretty sure that anxiety is the cause for other symptoms now like indigestion etc. Can you help please?
