What Could Tickling On The Upper Left Chest Indicate?
I feel a tickle on my upper left chest it make me feel alittle weak and wired..I most feel the tension when I m lying down and breathing deeply or when i sleep on my left..I drank a medication for pain 2days back I felt it running on the sore if it is something related to that...please help what s wrong with me
The tickling on upper left chest when lying down and breathing deeply or lying on left side of chest indicate anxiety induced manifestation of some sort of muscle sore or ache most likely. In my clinic, after thorough physical exam, I do recommend: - Deep breathing exercises - Walking in fresh air - YOGA and meditations - Sound regular uninterrupted sleep of 7-8 hours - Avoidance of strenuous activity as weight lifting (if involved) - EKG evaluation as per the need and case demand
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
