What Could Tingle On The Penis Tip Be?

I have a slight tingle on the tip of my penis before i urinate. no burning pain while i'm urinating. I went to the doctor and there was no infection found.
My wife and I use vaginal cream before intercourse because she is very dry. What can the problem be?
