Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Her symptoms could be related to visual migraine, although she does not have relief from the migraine shot. Anyway, I would recommend performing a brain MRI with gadolinium enhancement, in order to investigate for possible optic neuritis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
