Hi, I have very pale skin but every summer when the sun arrives I get a dark mark on my moustache . I used to put sun protection 50 but even like that I still get the mark. Could you recommend me any lightening cream or something?? Many thanks

You are suffering from melasma [cloasma] & probably are anemic as well. Please start an iron preparation & use a medicated sunscreen. Also, sunscreens are to be repeated every 3-4 hours in daytime for optimum effect. You can use OTC skin lightening creams or get a dermatologist's advice in your area for prescription for hydroquinone cream or creams based on Kleigman's formula. Good luck.
