What Cuases Severe Stomach Ache And Vomiting?

Hi! I woke up this morning with very bad stomach pains that keep coming and going in my stomach... For the past few days I have been feeling very sick and like I need to vomi. I also worked with a coworker who was getting over the vimiting bug on the weekend, so am worried I might have it. Have had fevers also and consistent headaches, even though I have been drinking water

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps and cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach for abdominal discomfort. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause.
