Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

There is no reason for concern. Femur length of 66mm falls within the normal range for 36 weeks baby. It is not short. The femur length at this gestational age can vary from 63 to 73 mmm. So stopworrying and enjoy your pregnancy.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, do contact me through Healthcare Magic.
Best wishes,
Dr Ramadevi Wani.
