I m 83, had a hysterectomy after uterine cancer and radiation therapy when I was in my mid 40 s. After urgency and pain in urinating I had a cystoscopy and they discovered non cancer red spots. Am undergoing pelvic floor therapy and doses of Estrace, which is painful to me. I ve asked to be taken off the Estrace. I need to know which foods i can eat without discomfort. It seems everything causes me pain.
