What Do A Rash And Tiny Bumps On Thighs And Genital Area Indicate?

Hi, i have had a rash around my thighs, genital area and around my ankles and butox for a about a month now, its looks like tiny pimple like bumps that are very very itchy. This itching also causes me to have issues falling asleep at night. i have read that scabies occurs on your wrists and between fingers as well although i do not have any signs of a rash there. Its a bit worse around my genital area and the bumps have turned a bit brown and a bit bigger. i have been applying sudocream but its not going away. Help!!! please!!!
