What Do Brown Spots Inside The Lower Eyelids Indicate?

Hi Doc, I have 2 brown spot inside my lower eyelid. It is only visible when I pull my lower eyelid down. What is it? No irritation and pain. Would you mid if you answer my question without paying? Im from philippines and Im still studying I dont have yet money on my own.

From your discussion, certain aspects about the lesion aren't clear. For any lesion , it's onset and duration is important and even the rate of its growth or spread. Because of absence of inflammatory signs, it rules out any infective or allergic cause. The condition could be benign , and treatment could be initiated if necessary if further details are provided.
