What Do Burning Sensation And Rashes On The Arms And Legs Indicate?

Saturday morning my right arm it start to feel boil then it like pink splotches look, and then it spread to my both leg today I did put calmtime lotion and it goes away but still comes back , recently start this white bump line near my wrist on the right arm, I m having mimic fever like, nausea in mornings , muscle on right arm pain, diarrhea straight 2 days . What do you think this is?

I think this is a viral infection dear.
You need to go, get it checked because which infection it is cannot be stated without examining the rash .
Take rest take paracetamol for fever and lot of fluids .
Do not scratch the rash.
