What Do Burning Urination And Tingling Penile Head Post Intercourse Suggest?

I had sex Tuesday night woke up urinated nothing wrong went to work .came home went to sleep and when I woke I saw yellow like spots stains in my underwear then when I went to go urine I had burning and throughout the day I feel tingle in the head of my penis.

The sexual act you underwent must have been rough to your penis and due to that it developed some inflammation. Burning urine summarises that.
