Hello sir, I have got many dark spots on my skin which are marks of pimples so I want to remove them completely and make my skin clear and glowing so can I use melaglow cream and other important issue about me is I am likely to become pregnant so is it safe

Melaglow is categorized under Category N for use in pregnancy. This means that we don't know the safety of Melaglow for use in pregnancy. So it is safer to avoid Melaglow during pregnancy.
You can use over the counter Glycolic acid 5% face wash and creams which can help clear up the hyperpigmentation and is the safest choice in pregnancy.
