i have degenerative changes involving the glenoid with subchondral cysts degenerative changes involving the superior humeral head with subchondral cysts high riding humeral head would you tell me what will be done to fix this im in so much pain thank you so much

Subchondral cysts in the humerus are a part of degenerative changes taking place in the region due to osteoarthritis. You need to take proper orthopedic consultation and take necessary rest, involve in physiotherapy, take non steroidal pain relievers and applying ice or moist heat to the shoulder.
