What Do Delayed Periods, Swollen Breasts And Stomach Cramps Indicate?

My period is late, I have swalon breasts with visible veins, I feel moody and bloated and have been getting stomach cramps. About a month and a half ago I had unprotected sex due to circumstances and took the morning after pill the next day in the afternoon. A few days later I got my period only a week after I last had it (which could either be due to the morning after pill affecting my cycle or possible spotting indicating pregnency). I was really worried that I could be pregnent so I took two pregnency tests straight after one another and both said I was not pregnent, however my period is still late and I have all the other symptoms. Could this be that the pill played around with my hormones or is there a chance I could still be pregnent? Thank you for your help.

i think you may suffering from premenustal syndrome, the below symptoms you may watch: Bloating
Breast tenderness
Weight gain
Aggression
Trouble concentrating
Headaches/backaches
Food cravings/overeating
Fatigue
Tearfulness
Irritability
Anxiety
Mood swings and/or depression
No one knows what causes PMS, but hormonal changes trigger the symptoms. No single PMS treatment works for everyone. Over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen, aspirin or naproxen may help ease cramps, headaches, backaches and breast tenderness. Exercising, getting enough sleep, and avoiding salt, caffeine, and alcohol can also help.
