What Do Elevated PSA Levels Indicate?

Thanks, I have just found out that my PSA has increased from 2.5 to 4.9 and that makes depressed because I was given Ciproxin and Tamsulosin, I keep taking the Tamsulosin every day from the last six months I was diagonised. pls you tell me what to do

It can also be elevates during bouts of urinary tract infection and prostatitis. It can also be elevated after a digital rectal examination. Hope this information helps. A better indicator of BHP progression could be whether your urinary symptoms are getting any better or not. A urologist consult could prove good
