hi. v need to c where are the lymohnodes exactly. usually hilar lymphnodes I'll be enlarged. if u have cough. kindly get a course of antibiotics prescribed from the pulmonologist. it usually comes down with a course of antibiotics. if it doesn't reduce only option available is lymph node biopsy and histopathology. this I'll give u a clear picture of what s the problem. usually it I'll be sarcoidosis r tuberculosis. both of the conditions can be treated medically and followed up. definitely this I'll help. thank u
