i have heavy periods and my blood test came as hemoglobina 8.1. hematocrito 30% mcv 90.9 MCH 23, MCHC 27 HIPOCROMIA AND ANISOCITOSIS. does thid means i haVE anemia due to the heavy menstrual or due to low iron? can you help with this information? i am 46 and had myomas before.1 cirgury to remove myomas and 2 c- seccion, , 3 miscarriages and after a miscarriage 4 years ago my periods are heavy.
