What Do Irregular Mensuration While On Eltroxin Indicate?
Hi I have thyroid and PCOS.I am taking eltroxin 100.for thyroid since 2016. Lately I was detected by pcos . Now my periods are irregular and last for more then 10/15 days.my doc suggested to take norethisterone 5 mg 2 times a day for 21 days. Is it safe ?we want to plan a baby will it affect that process? Can I get pregnant which on this medication ?

Norethisterone will very likely help normalize your menstrual cycle but does not increase ovulation. To help stimulate ovulation and increase the chance of pregnancy, clomiphene can be tried.
