What do the following Gynecology/TVS Diagnosis mean:1. Retroverted Average-sized uterus with homogenous myometrium 2.Irregularly thickened endometrium 3.Atrophic left ovary 4. Right ovarian mass with non-benign features 5.Color doppler study/iota scoring points to non-benign lesion

welcome to hcm ...right ovarian mass is giving the irregular endometrium ..as the right ovary is secreting harmones abnormally ..as the ovary is showing nonbenign growth ..it should be further evaluated ..i would suggest MRI pelvis to gain further evaluation of ovary ..bloid trdrs recommended will be according to mri report ..ovary and uterus should be removed but before that exact nature of ovarian mass should be known...for further doubts i will be happy to help ..with regards dr varinder joshi
