What Do Itchy Bumps All Over The Body Indicate?
I have been getting small itchy rash/bumps all over my body except my face. I know its not bugs or fleas or anything as there are no blood spots on my sheets. I have other symptoms that have been going on in the last 2+ years. The itchy bumps last few months.

If its generalize bumps, then you need to get evaluated by dermatologists. Since, you say you have other symptoms also and not mentioning what all you have.
It is very unlikely for us to come to any conclusion, we need to see what kind of bumps you are having and is it in flexor area or extensor area or generalised, associated with redness and warmth or not, fever, chills and rigors, generalised body aches and pains all will help us to rule out the etiology.
It may be due to sun exposure also, or infective or allergic and inflammatory, autoimmune, et cetera. For all these questions, kindly give us the detailed history with pictures so that can be treated or you can go to a dermatologist, since examination is important for your problems.
