What Do Itchy Rashes All Over The Body Indicate?

Hello, for the past 6 days I ve been experiencing a full body rash (back of hands, arms, trunk, chest legs & tops of feet) I was using many supplements with Creatine and Creatine mono in it daily for about 4 weeks and stopped as of 7 days ago and now I have an extremely itchy rash. I ve scratched myself raw on my arms, legs and hands and I ve used blue star ointment, aveeno anti itch cream and caladryl. these only see as a temporary fix. I m miserable.
