General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the assembly of symptoms with lower back and abdomen pain, thigh discomfort are seemingly exertion related (if the pre-labor stage is ruled out by a gynecology consultant). In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I request to consume better analgesic support as tramadol hydrochloride with use of spray containing Diclofenac and linseed oil.

Later on, after 1 day, if the pain continues, may get detailed work up with lab tests , ultrasound of the pelvis and others.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
