Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my mother aged 74 years has the following pathological results- normal lipid profile, alkaline phosphatase -117.5U/l, SGOT-52U/l, serum potassium 5.5mmol/l, BUN/sr,creatinine ratio 24.81, mean platelet volume 11.4, urine creatinine 20.41mg/dl, urobilinogen 0.2 as values out of normal ranges. She takes medication, nimesulide, diclofenac potassium, chlorzoxazone for her back pain very infrequently. What is the diagnosis?

Renal failure.. She may require dialysis depending upon clinical condition.if clinical condition is good along with ample amount of urine output she can be managed medically also
