What Do Mild Form Of Perinatal Insult And Thinning Of Corpus Callosum With Dilation Suggest?

My son aged 2 and half years old is not speaking well except few letters. Less eye contact.. we were asked to take MRI , where the observation is minimal thinning of corpus callosum with dilation and splaying of lateral ventricles and periventricular hyperintensity seen. Possibility of mild form of perinatal insult is more likely.. is there any medicines to cure this or only speech and occupational therapy to be given.. kindly advise.
