What Do Moles On Face And Neck With Pain In Swallowing Indicate?

Hello dr. Bhatti. I have more than 10 moles with abcde characteristics. Large 1/2 inch or more flat mole on right scalp, sharp nerve pain from mole to mid right forehead. Rest are on face neck chest. Temp 100.4 right swollen hard 2 swallow red throat right ear pain. I'm scared.. can you tell me anything about this??

The description doesn't correspond with diagnosis of moles. Please meet a dermatologist to rule out diagnosis of bacterial infection like boils or a viral infection herpes zoster. A mole do not cause raised body temperature, enlarged lymph nodes unless secondary bacterial infection is present.
