Every year we do have annual chest xray and the result was always negative(chest is clear) but this year the apico view result is like ILL-DEFINED OPACITIES IN THE LEFT UPPER LOBE IS SUGGESTIVE OF PTB OF UNDEFINED ACTIVITY VS PULMONARY FIBROSIS.what does it mean?
primary complex is tubercular antibody antigen reaction. mantouxtest in duration increase is indicative.. but anti tuber cular treatment is indicated opacity in lung field is not indicative enlarged hyalar node is indicative with it positive mantouxtest is suggestive.
